Baylor University Hospital’s blood bank became world renowned, and Baylor became the first hospital to implement routine Rh blood typing. BUMC was one of the first clinical centers to utilize cyclosporine for the treatment of psoriasis, and Dr. Menter continues to participate in multiple phase II and III psoriasis therapy studies.
