Having read ‘Wheat Belly’ a book by an American cardiologist I thought that I’d try giving up wheat to lose weight and to my astonishment I discovered that my psoriasis has radically improved. It’ll take me 12 weeks to clear everything I have in my fridge / cupboard, but maybe it’s worth a go. So, I’m hoping that a gluten and dairy free diet might help clear the spots that I have. It took a WEEK and my psoriasis was itching less and less until it was gone by the 3rd month. I still have a patch or two that pop up maybe on my leg or elbow but nothing anyone would notice and a little sun helps those spots. In that time, I’ve never had to take any antibiotics for anything until about 7 days ago. Maybe when I got the huge infection after my hysterectomy surgery my immune system had to work overtime to deal with it. I think taking antibiotics for up to two weeks should mess up bone’s gut flora too much.

I would personally like to thank you for helping me clear up my psoriasis. Although the psoriasis seemed to have gotten better, after a couple of weeks of being on that treatment the psoriasis would return and seemed more aggravated than before. I think even after a few weeks or a month I had to take a break too. My Psoriasis Cure, No Meds Just Coconut Water And Coconut Oil! I admit my journey with psoriasis helped me to become super healthy but it also took a toll on my hair and wallet. (with terrible -no results) and asked if maybe I should just try the peanut oil. After about 1.5 weeks of regular usage (2-3x per day) the itching stopped, the flaking stopped, and the thick scales were gone.
