I do this whenever I wash my hair and I use normal shampoo and conditioner. I bought the snake bar from Lush but have not been that impressed with it, its about 3. The positive thing about this application is it is just like water, a clear non greasy liquid, and it smells quite like vodka when it comes out of the bottle but is odourless on the scalp.

P is such a horrible condition but I guess we could have worse, doesn’t make it any easier though. Do you have any advise on what i should do to help him, and is there anything we can do if he gives up his job and wont look for another because of his confidence. There is a Scalp Shampoo, and scalp cream as well as the skin ointment and facial cream. I used to suffer quite badly with Psoriasis which thankfully has all but cleared up. I have also been told that a coal tar based shampoo would be best but a) it smells horrible and b) I found that it strips your hair making it feel awful. Sorry I have no other recommendation but I do sympathise. Hi jen You can use either T/gel shampoo or head and sholders, i think you can get that in the states, leave the shampoo, on for 5 to 10 mins before you wash it out, i would tend to drop the vaseline and tea tree method as to me sounds like a shed load of trouble to wash out, you could try another shapoo from the drug store if you can get it called polytar AF or something like that that contains a cold tar solution. It doesn’t smell good or bad, but it does the job. I use Neutrogena t gel it does smell while you use it but it is ok when rinsed out.
