A Safety/Efficacy Study of a Non-steroid, Topical Cream Treatment of Psoriasis Over 12-weeks (134993)

Topical steroids are used diluted with emollients to 10 for the body and 5 for the face. The long-term risk of UVBTL01 phototherapy is unknown; nevertheless, its safety profile has been proven in patients with psoriasis. Basal and final (12 weeks) endothelial function parameters measured by PET scan. Participants will receive nine infusions of infliximab during this 62-week study.
